Jemmy Lamani has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Jemmy began their career as a Management Trainee at Pasaraya in February 2015 before being promoted to Store Supervisor in August 2015. At Pasaraya, Jemmy was responsible for operating and managing the store, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer complaints.

In July 2016, Jemmy became a Retail Store Manager at CV. Garuda Bali, where they led the store, achieved set goals within specified time frames, managed staff, and handled inventory/stock.

From September 2017 to July 2019, Jemmy worked as a Deputy Manager at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk. In this role, they ensured the achievement of sales targets, identified sales opportunities and strategies, and motivated the store team to optimize their performance.

Starting in July 2019, Jemmy served as a Retail Area Manager at PT. KURNIA CIPTAMODA GEMILANG, where they ensured store consistency with company policies, analyzed store performance, and built strong relationships with store teams.

In January 2022, Jemmy joined Kanmo Group as an Area Manager. Jemmy'sresponsibilities included creating sales strategies, implementing and monitoring SOP compliance, analyzing store needs, and providing support to improve store management systems.

Most recently, Jemmy became an Operations Manager at Buttonscarves in July 2022, overseeing operations and ensuring smooth functioning within the company.

Jemmy Lamani obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies, from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta). This educational journey lasted from 2010 to 2014.
