Lisette Gras

Lisette Gras is an experienced outreach professional focused on supporting homeless individuals in Utrecht. Currently serving as an Outreach Trajectbegeleider at Buurtteamorganisatie Sociaal since January 2021, Lisette plays a central role in helping and providing assistance to the homeless community. Prior experience includes a position at Stichting De Tussenvoorziening as an Outreach medewerker, and a role in the outreachteam of Gemeente Nieuwegein. Lisette's career began in 1986 at Bartimeushage, working with individuals with intellectual and vision impairments, and has evolved through various positions over the years, including coordination of day activities at Abrona. Educational qualifications include a Post HBO in Bemoeizorg from RINO Groep and a Bachelor in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
