Peter Healey started their work experience as a Clerk at the Law Offices of John David Hart in 2004. Peter then worked as a Personnel & Safety Manager at Estrella Freight Service, LLC from 2008 to 2009, where they implemented an Employee Retention Program and oversaw a reduction in major accident claims. Peter then became the Director of Sales and Customer Relations at Estrella Freight Service from 2008 to 2009, where they developed and directed a new Sales and Customer Relations Department. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Account Manager at TMI eCommerce, developing and maintaining websites for small sporting goods retailers. Peter then became the Director of Dealer Sales at Required Team Gear from 2011 to 2013, where they directed all package activity and promoted RTG programs. Peter'smost recent position was at Buxton, where they served as a Senior Account Executive from 2013 to 2014 and later as the Vice President of Account Management. At Buxton, they established and grew successful relationships with clients and facilitated communication between clients and team members.

Peter Healey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Political Science at Texas Christian University from 2002 to 2006. Peter then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Texas at Arlington—College of Business from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Peter obtained the LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Essentials certification from LinkedIn in June 2023.
