Adrian Harvey is the Senior Vice President, Operations at [Buxton](/org/buxton). Adrian has over fifteen years of experience in the retail and customer service industry. 

Adrian started their career as a Lab Attendant at the [University of North Texas](/org/university-of-north-texas) from January 2003 to May 2005. They then became an Electronics Specialist at OfficeMax from August 2003 to August 2004 and assisted customers with buying decisions primarily in the electronics department as well as playing a significant role in the training and development of new employees. Adrian left OfficeMax to accept a job offer at [Best Buy](/org/best-buy) where they became the Computers Dept. Supervisor / Business Technology Specialist from August 2004 to June 2009. At [Best Buy](/org/best-buy), Adrian worked with business owners and high volume transactions in excess of $100,000 on a weekly basis. Adrian was also in charge of staffing, training and managing a team of 7-10 employees in the PC and BBfB sales departments. 

In their current role as Senior Vice President, Operations at [Buxton](/org/buxton), Adrian is responsible for overseeing all operations and functions of the company. Adrian has been with [Buxton](/org/buxton) since July 2009 and has been instrumental in helping the company grow and expand its operations.

Adrian Harvey has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the [University of North Texas](/org/university-of-north-texas) in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. They also have an MBA from the [University of North Texas](/org/university-of-north-texas) in Decision Science (Analytics).

Adrian Harvey reports to Tom [Buxton](/org/buxton), President & Chief Executive Officer. They work with Stephen Polanski - Senior Vice President, Bill Stinneford - Senior Vice President, and Tim White - Senior Vice President.

Todd Hartley is a financial controller who has over 25 years of experience in the field. Todd began their career at PwC, where they worked as an audit manager for seven years. Todd then moved to Gadzooks, where they served as a controller for seven years. In 2005, they joined [RadioShack](/org/radioshack) as a controller and served in that role for nine years. Todd has been with [Buxton](/org/buxton) for the past four years.

Todd Hartley received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from [Michigan State University](/org/michigan-state-university).

Their manager is David Glover, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer.

In his role as senior vice president, Bill Stinneford oversees the company’s new sales and marketing teams. He is responsible for guiding [Buxton](/org/buxton)’s marketing and sales strategies and collaborating with other division leaders on corporate initiatives. Additionally, Bill holds a sales role and works with companies in the healthcare, retail, and restaurant industries to apply [Buxton](/org/buxton)’s analytics and technology to solve their biggest challenges.

Bill has been a featured speaker at a number of retail, restaurant, and healthcare industry events including ICSC RECon, SHSMD and the IFA’s annual conference. He was honored as a recipient of the Fort Worth Business Press’ 40 Under 40 Award, given to top, rising executives in the community.

Bill Stinneford

In his role as senior vice president, Chris Briggs takes a hands-on role in engaging retail and healthcare clients, leads the company’s city government division, and acts as an advisor to other company executives.

Since joining [Buxton](/org/buxton) in 2003, Chris has held leadership positions in operations, product development, marketing, and client experience. He has been a featured speaker at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and the Texas A&M Mays School of Business. He also coordinates the annual [Buxton](/org/buxton) Challenge with the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative and Texas A&M Mays School of Business.

Chris Briggs

As senior vice president in Buxton’s city government division, Lisa McCay works with proactive cities to improve their economic development efforts. She works with communities to maximize their ability to generate sales tax revenue and enhance quality of life for their citizens by successfully recruiting new retailers, maximizing current retail options, and growing tourism. She is focused on communities in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah.

Tom [Buxton](/org/buxton) is a pioneer in the customer analytics industry focused on turning big data into big answers. [Buxton](/org/buxton) founded the company in 1994 using the knowledge he gained during two decades managing retail and real estate at a large consumer electronics retailer. He started [Buxton](/org/buxton) with one goal in mind, to provide customer and location growth solutions to businesses based on a central view of the customer.

Tom Buxton

Paul Schlesinger is a senior vice president with [Buxton](/org/buxton), the industry leader in applying data and analytics to the retail site selection process. Paul joined [Buxton](/org/buxton) in 2003 and leads the company’s Private Equity vertical, which is focused on identifying growth and opportunity for current or potential investors in retail and healthcare companies.

Prior to joining [Buxton](/org/buxton), Paul spent 7 years as Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Harry and David, America’s premier choice for gourmet gifts since 1934. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of site selection and lease negotiation, as well as oversight over store design and construction.

Mr. Schneider is the former president and CEO of Cartegraph Systems, Inc., a provider of SaaS-based asset management solutions to local governments. He will report to founder and CEO Tom Buxton.

Brandon Norrell is the Senior Vice President of Strategy at [Buxton](/org/buxton). Brandon previously worked as an analyst at FIS from January 2001 to December 2002.

Brandon Norrell has completed two years of their MBA at the [Copenhagen Business School](/org/copenhagen-business-school) and is currently studying abroad. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science from the [University of Minnesota](/org/university-of-minnesota) in Geography and is also working towards their MBA at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.

They work with Adrian Harvey - Senior Vice President, Operations, Bill Stinneford - Senior Vice President, and Stephen Polanski - Senior Vice President. Their manager is Tom [Buxton](/org/buxton), President & Chief Executive Officer.

Todd Walls is the chief innovation officer at [Buxton](/org/buxton) where he has been instrumental in the development of [Buxton](/org/buxton)’s consumer analytics and market research methodologies since the inception of the company. Today, he continues to shape and influence the innovative solutions provided to clients across business verticals that [Buxton](/org/buxton) serves.

Walls sits on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Research Task Force Board and the Executive Committee of the University of Texas at Arlington MSMR Advisory Board. Before joining [Buxton](/org/buxton), Walls worked for Alcon Laboratories.

Stephen Polanski is a senior sales leader in [Buxton](/org/buxton)’s retail, restaurant, and franchise verticals. Since 2007, he has helped brands identify the right opportunities to integrate customer analytics into their business processes to improve performance. His clients have included [Wingstop](/org/wingstop), Red Wing Shoes, [Bar Louie](/org/bar-louie), [Which Wich](/org/which-wich-superior-sandwiches), and many others.

Stephen has spoken at a number of industry conferences, including the Fast Casual Executive Summit, the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference, and the International Franchise Association Annual Convention.
