Tim Mooren

Tim Mooren has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position was as the COO at BuyBay starting in October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Owner of AskTim from December 2009 to January 2020. Tim has also worked as an Operations & Supply chain consultant (interim) at Safescan from July 2019 to October 2019. Tim served as the Logistics Manager (interim) and led the new warehouse design at Stella Fietsen from August 2018 to March 2019. Tim also worked as a Warehouse optimization (interim) consultant and Operations manager (interim) at DSV - Global Transport and Logistics from October 2017 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator (interim), Project manager post-merger inbound optimization (interim), and Project manager warehouse merging (interim) at THR Apeldoorn from December 2016 to September 2017. Tim worked as a Project manager (interim) at wehkamp from May 2016 to September 2016, where they analyzed and optimized warehouse inbound and returns processes. Tim also served as a Consultant at IG&H Consulting & Interim from May 2013 to April 2016, focusing on operational process and IT transformations in online retail, food services, and financial sectors. Additionally, they worked as a Supply chain analyst (Freelance) at United Fashion Group from October 2012 to April 2013, and as an Analyst and Graduation intern at Spring Associates strategy consulting from June 2011 to September 2012.

Tim Mooren completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Organization Management, Entrepreneurship, and Globalization through an exchange program at McGill University in 2008. Tim then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Consulting at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2009 to 2012.
