This position is based out of our Becker, MN office and will require the ability to travel 25-50% of the time to other office locations and industry events. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

Your impact:

The President of RealTime Solutions is responsible for setting and executing the Brand’s overall business strategy within their brand portfolio.  The Brand President will lead overall brand strategy and guide strategic industry relationship opportunities; provide servant leadership; develop and execute strategic initiatives along with advancing the overall growth of the brand while motivating people to achieve the Company’s goals.   • Shape and develop organization and brand GTM strategy. Remove barriers to brand relationships and operational success.
  • Partner with Exec Team/Division President on strategic business development and key corporate planning opportunities that positively impact the overall business.
  • Maintain positive and proactive client communication and engagement. Set performance goals tailored for areas of responsibility in the brand and empower team to achieve.
  • Drive the brand and its uniqueness, innovation, and operational excellence within foodservice industry.
  • Lead the continuity of BEP’s culture
  • Leverage company-wide resources including but not limited to sales strategy and execution; customer success and collaboration; KPI definition and performance measurement; people strategy, procurement, technology, and financial planning to execute on operational excellence is critical.

Revenue and Profitability Leadership (Financial Management)

  • In collaboration with RTS Controller, leadership team, BEP Finance and Division President, develop and manage the brand level budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, making data-driven decisions to optimize results to ensure company growth.
  • Collaborate with brand team leadership to support growth and develop efficiencies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while identifying growth opportunities using improvement recommendations.
  • Lead financial business reviews with Finance and Executive Board.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies to align with the company objectives and goals and achieve financial plan.
  • Expand presence in foodservice industry
  • Support growth of client prospects, build relationships, close deals.
  • Align RealTime Solutions services with unique goals of other brands and our clients.
  • Encourage team to showcase the value and benefits of RealTime Solutions capabilities.

Customer Success & Retention

  • Champion customer success through proactive communication to ensure that manufacturers, operators, brokers, distributors and all internal teams achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, where insights and expertise are shared to exceed client expectations with remarkable solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and mitigating or resolving concerns promptly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product offerings and business processes based on customer and team member feedback.

Performance and Operational Excellence

  • Define and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for individuals and by teams to measure the effectiveness of sales and customer success activities utilizing identified tools.
  • Participate in QBRs to evaluate division performance to goals; engage regularly with Division President and Exec team to support success of the division.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategic changes as needed.
  • Embrace company-wide tools that build consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness of data reporting and achieving brand goals.
  • Deliver and encourage insightful and courageous ideas.

People, Performance, and Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Support mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members, guiding them toward contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Leverage Platform tools and services to build organization initiatives through our values by supporting people, overall organization performance, and maximization of culture for the organization.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of progressive managerial and significant industry experience including Foodservice Operator Operations, Foodservice Distributor Sales and Foodservice Manufacturer Marketing.
  • Proven track record in team building and prior success in leadership development, operational experience.
  • Strong ability to enhance client engagement to maintain lifetime client relations and drive client and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent executive level presentation skills.
  • Established proficiency in developing and implementing new business models.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for managing a team at the VP/Sr Director level or above.
  • Thorough understanding of contracting, negotiating and change management, developing /executing operational and functional processes and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration experience; ability to partner across functions to provide consistency.
  • Prior success in team building and leadership development; ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several competing initiatives.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
