Ela Sikora

Ela Sikora has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an internship in the Accounting Department at Aluprof UK Ltd in 2007. Ela then had another internship in 2008 as an Associate Logistic Specialist at the same company. In 2011, they worked at the Ministry of Justice UK as a National Business Centre, where they improved efficiencies of court's operating processes and was awarded with the Ministry of Justice's 2012 ‘Exceptional Contribution Reward’. From 2015 to 2018, Ela worked at Zalando SE as Innovation & Partnerships, Digital Experience, identifying, planning and delivering product, engineering and commercial projects. Ela then worked at Jimdo as Chief of Staff to the CEO and CFO from 2020 to 2022. Ela is currently working at buynomics as Lead Operations.

Ela Sikora obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Global Management and Governance, Job & Master Programme from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration between 2013 and 2016. From 2008 to 2012, they obtained a BA (Hons) in International Business Exchange from The Manchester Metropolitan University. In 2010 and 2011, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange Programme from the Prague University of Economics and Business, studying Faculty of Economics, Politics & International Relations. In October 2022, they obtained certifications from edX in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles and Leading in a Remote Environment.
