Beatrice Le Coultre began their career in 2006 as a Field Researcher at TNS Research International. In 2009, they moved to Street P.R. where they also worked as a Field Researcher. In 2011, they joined Publicis Machine as a Consumer Insight Specialist, where they managed the consumer research business and developed research tools to deliver reliable market research and consumer insights. In 2015, they joined MiX Telematics as a Brand Manager, where they were responsible for leading the strategic planning process and growing the brand within the South African market. In 2017, they moved to Rank Interactive as a Brand Retention Manager, overseeing the overall retention strategy and planning. Currently, they are the Retention & CRM Manager at Buzzbike, a monthly bike subscription service, where they are responsible for understanding the end to end customer journey and increasing customer lifetime value.

Beatrice Le Coultre attended the University of Johannesburg from 2006 to 2008, earning a B.Com. in Intrapreneurship. Beatrice then returned to the University of Johannesburg from 2012 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours in Marketing Management.
