Neal May has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Neal began their career as a Business Analyst at GMAP Consulting, followed by a role as a Location Analyst (Contract consultant) at B&Q. In 2004, they became a Consultant and Senior Consultant at CACI International Inc. In 2007, they moved to 5one - A MasterCard Company as a Senior Analyst. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Strategic Insight Manager at Cancer Research UK (CRUK). Neal then joined Deloitte UK as a Managing Consultant. In 2014, they became the Head of Data and Product, Virgin Red, and Head of Data and Analytics at Virgin. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as the Head of Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics at Moonpig. Currently, they are the Group Head of Business Intelligence & Insight at GAIL's Bakery, and is set to become the Head of Growth at Buzzbike in 2022.
Neal May attended The Skinner's School from 1991 to 1999, where they studied Maths, Geography and Chemistry. Neal then went on to pursue a BA Hons in Geography and Management at the University of Leeds from 1999 to 2002.
