Natasha Orslene

Natasha Orslene has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Natasha currently holds the position of Leader Development Senior Manager at Electronic Arts (EA) since 2021. Prior to this, Natasha founded and hosted the Equipping Leaders Podcast at Buzzsprout in 2020. Natasha also worked as a Learning and Development Manager at Deloitte in 2021. Natasha has had previous experience at Electronic Arts as a Visiting Fellow, where they collaborated on several projects related to diversity and inclusion, leader development, and professional development. Before that, they worked as an Executive Coach and Leader Development Consultant as a self-employed professional from 2019 to 2021. Natasha also served as the Human Resources Director and Learning & Development Lead at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they managed talent development programs and refined onboarding processes. Natasha was also a Senior Advisor to the leadership of a large organization during this time. Additionally, Natasha founded a nonprofit organization called the O.S.C.A.R. Organization of Support for Canine Achievement & Recovery, Inc from 2016 to 2019, serving over 200 families. Natasha has also worked as a Learning and Development Manager at the US Army Cyber School and served as a US Army Soldier from 2010 to 2015. Natasha began their career as a Medical Technician at Sunrise Senior Living from 2008 to 2010. Throughout their career, Natasha has demonstrated expertise in leadership development, coaching, curriculum design, and talent management.

Natasha Orslene completed their education at various institutions over the years. In 1998 to 2006, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Research Doctorate in Behavioral Sciences. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued a Coaching Certification in Internal Coaching at Teachers College, Columbia University. During the same period, they also enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2021, they briefly attended the University of South Florida to study Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, although no degree is specified.

Additionally, Natasha Orslene has earned several certifications. Natasha became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2020. In August 2018, they acquired the John Maxwell Team Certified Speaker and Coach certification from the John Maxwell Team. In May 2019, they received a Certified DiSC Consultant certification from The John Maxwell Team. Natasha'smost recent certification is Dynamic Leadership 5, obtained in January 2021 from Toastmasters International.
