Sarah Perez

Sarah Perez currently serves as a People Leader at BW Integrated Systems since May 2023. Previously, Sarah held various roles within Koch Industries from September 2015 to December 2022, including Business Human Resources for Koch Global Services and Human Resources Manager for Molex, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed resolving employee relations issues and enhancing talent development. Earlier experience includes serving as an HRIS Analyst at Molex, LLC, focusing on system updates and user training. From October 2013 to September 2015, Sarah worked as a Resident Services and Volunteer Coordinator at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, managing recruitment processes and facilitating resident services. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Post University, an Associate’s Degree in Social Services from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom, and a License in Emergency Medical Technology from Murray State University.
