Tara Jagler

Tara Jagler is an experienced Human Resources Leader with a strong background in training and development, currently serving as a Global People Business Partner and Culture and People Development Leader at BW Converting Solutions since April 2018. With prior roles as a Training and Development Specialist at Nature's Way and Suburban Electrical Engineers/Contractors, Inc., Tara has demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruiting, curriculum design, and implementing effective learning programs. Tara's extensive experience includes serving as the Program Manager for the International Baccalaureate at Green Bay Area Public School District, where program development for over 90 staff and 1,000 students was orchestrated. Tara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and multiple Master's Degrees in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Curriculum and Instruction from Marian University of Fond du Lac.
