Samantha Pride

Samantha Pride currently serves as the Director of People & Culture for the Retail Community at Patagonia, a role held since January 2022. Prior to this position, Samantha was a Regional People and Culture Manager at the same company. Between November 2020 and January 2022, Samantha worked as a Case Manager at Amazon. Samantha’s extensive career in human resources began at Nordstrom, where from September 2007 to July 2020, roles included Sr. Human Resources Manager for Operations, Food & Beverage, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, District Store Support Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
