· Support the implementation and optimization of the catalogue´s master data management processes, tools, and systems.
· Assist in the development and documentation of data management policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Design and maintain data models, hierarchies, and taxonomies to support effective data management and reporting.
· Lead data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to identify and correct data inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of data records in accordance with established standards and procedures.
· Review and validate incoming data requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data governance policies.
· Conduct data quality checks and audits to identify and correct data inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
· Establish and maintain data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor the health of master data and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand data requirements and define data standards and governance processes.
· Work closely with IT teams to configure and maintain master data management systems and tools.
· Establish and enforce the catalogue´s standards and best practices across the organization.
· Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, tools, and systems to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
· Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the master data to identify emerging issues, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on data management best practices, trends, and technologies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and business processes.
· Generate reports and analyze data quality metrics to monitor the health of master data and identify areas for improvement.
