James Beresford-Wylie

James Beresford-Wylie has a range of experience in sales, management, and consultancy. James is currently the Director of Equipment Sales FFS EMEA at BW Flexible Systems. Prior to this, they worked at Saica Flex as the European Sales & Marketing Director and then as the Country Manager. Before that, they held various roles at Amcor, including National Sales Manager, General Manager & Bakery Sales Manager Europe and Americas, Sales Manager Bakery Segment Europe and Americas, Key Account Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. James also operated their own consultancy firm, Beresford-Wylie Consultancy Ltd. Earlier in their career, they worked at Amcor Flexibles as a Process Improvement Manager, Production Director, Production Manager, and Shift Manager, where they were involved in driving productivity, improving systems, managing teams, and implementing health and safety campaigns.

James Beresford-Wylie has a diverse education history. In 1982-1985, they attended Katherine Lady Berkeley School, where they pursued their secondary education. In 1999-2000, they enrolled in The Open University and completed a Certificate in Natural Sciences, focusing on Physical Sciences. Then in 2018, they briefly studied Coaching for Performance at Performance Consultants International. Additionally, they obtained the Coaching for Performance - Bronze Award from Performance Consultants International in April 2018. Recently, in September 2022, they became a member of the International Coaching Federation, earning the ICF Member Badge certification.
