Danielli Pugliese

Danielli Pugliese is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and complex transactions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at BW Offshore since October 2021, Danielli has previously held positions at Haynes and Boone, LLP as an Associate and at Ocyan as Legal Counsel (Manager), where responsibilities included cross-border project finance, corporate governance, and various commercial agreements. Notable achievements include facilitating a US$5 billion financial debt extrajudicial reorganization and participating in a significant US$4.9 billion M&A deal while at Vale. Danielli's foundational legal expertise was developed through roles at a variety of law firms, culminating in an LL.M. from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws from UERJ.
