Simen Asak Ruud

Simen Asak Ruud is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human capital management, currently serving as Manager Young Talent at BW Offshore since August 2006. With a robust background that includes roles such as Recruitment Specialist and Senior Consultant Talent and Recruitment, Simen has successfully managed global recruitment efforts, spearheaded the Global Summer Internship program, and ensured talent alignment across onshore and offshore operations. Prior to this, Simen worked for the Norwegian Maritime Directorate as a Principal Surveyor in the Offshore Department. Simen holds a degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has a technical foundation as a Senior Engineer in Naval Architecture.
