Joe Tolbert is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Contanda LLC since October 2017, Joe has previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources & Administration at Hess Corporation from July 2002 to September 2016, and multiple positions at Fluor Corporation from 1991 to 2002, including Vice President of Human Resources and Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits. Joe's early career includes a role as Senior Labor Relations Specialist at Cargill in 1979-1980. Joe earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Texas A&M University between 1975 and 1979.
