Grzegorz Fedyk

Grzegorz Fedyk is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Business Controller at BWI Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Grzegorz spent over two decades at Autoliv, where significant positions included Director of Finance for Global Seatbelts and Global Textiles and Airbags, as well as Director in the Board at Autoliv Poland, overseeing corporate and legal matters. Early roles at Autoliv featured Finance Manager for Poland, where efforts focused on restructuring the finance department to support rapid growth, and Plant Controller at the Romanian operation. Grzegorz also played a key role as ERP Implementation Leader across European plants and started the career as an Analyst/Consultant at South-West Capital Group. Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and is pursuing further qualifications with ACCA.
