Clare Conway has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Clare started their career at ACMN as an Executive Assistant in 2012 before moving on to Rending Pictures, where they worked as a Cinematographer & Stills Photographer and also took on acting roles. In 2013, they joined Suburban Dark as a 2nd Camera and Monday Records for a brief period to work on a music video. From 2014 to 2017, Clare worked at Resolution Design as a Production Coordinator, managing schedules, in-house shoots, and freelancers. Clare then joined Haystac as a Content Creative, Photographer, and Videographer, where their responsibilities included multimedia storytelling, idea generation, and post-production. Prior to their current role, Clare worked at Cbus Super Fund as a Content Producer - Photographer | Videographer, leading the creative direction and production of content. Presently, they hold the position of Director | Editor at Dentsu Creative ANZ.

Clare Conway obtained a Master's degree in Cross-Disciplinary Art and Design from UNSW COFA, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Clare previously completed their Bachelor's degree in Arts in Communication, with a major in Media Arts and Production and a sub-major in Transnational Studies at the University of Technology Sydney from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, Clare Conway earned a diploma in Acting from the New York Film Academy in 2011, where they were awarded a scholarship. Clare completed their high school education at Pymble Ladies College from 2001 to 2008, obtaining their HSC with a focus on English, History, and Drama.
