Claire Sneddon

Claire Sneddon is an experienced Senior Culture & People Business Partner currently at BWS since July 2021. Previously, Claire held the position of State People & Culture Business Partner for Victoria and Tasmania at The Reject Shop from May 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Coles from January 2017 to May 2020 included roles such as Regional People & Culture Manager, People & Culture Business Partner for Digital, People & Culture Advisor for Digital, and a People & Culture Graduate, with rotations in HR Systems, Advisory, and P&C Supermarket Operations teams. Claire holds a Master’s Degree from Monash University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a major in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Melbourne.
