Carl has extensive experience in implementing new product lines, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring compliance with welding codes and certifications. Carl is proficient in a wide range of welding processes such as MIAW, LW, GMAW, and FRW, and has a BS degree in Weld Engineering from The Ohio State University.
