Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Operation Support at BWX Technologies, Inc. since 2020, Mark manages facility support aspects including engineering, maintenance, and waste removal, while overseeing Capex planning and execution with an annual budget of $12M-$16M. Prior roles include Director of Production Execution for the F135 Program at Pratt & Whitney, where Mark held P&L responsibility for contracts valued at $6.5B, and Senior Program Manager at Lockheed Martin, managing a $600M international program. Earlier career experiences include investment engineering at Duke Energy Corporation and mechanical design engineering at HDR and Thompson Ehle Company.
