Zach Williams

Zach Williams is a Project Administrator at BWX Technologies, Inc. since November 2023, serving under the Project Manager for the Closure Head Program and acting as a liaison between the company and the customer. Prior to this role, Zach held the position of Healthcare IT Client Engagement and Operations Coordinator at Direct Recruiters, Inc. from August 2021 to November 2023, where consistent recognition was received from senior leadership for calm, confident leadership and effective coordination between clients and internal recruiters. Zach's military career spanned over a decade with the US Army, where various leadership roles were undertaken, including Captain/Team Chief and Trainer, overseeing cross-functional teams and operational readiness, and Company Commander, managing significant resources and personnel in combat aviation operations. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Military Institute and has furthered education through the Institute for Veterans and Military Families.
