Ziad Marc Audi

Ziad Marc Audi, CPA, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Finance at By Appointment Only, Inc. (BAO) since November 2022, playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth objectives and overseeing the financial health of the company. Prior to BAO, Ziad held the position of Director of Finance and Accounting at VPNE Parking Solutions from August 2020 to November 2022, where oversight included the financial close for 150 entities and standardizing reporting processes. Ziad also served as Vice President of Finance at Hollister Staffing for 14 years, contributing to strategic planning and financial operations across multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes roles as Controller at Veritas Medicine, Regional Controller at Sophos, and Staff Accountant at InterGen, along with a foundational position at Deloitte as an In-Charge. Ziad's educational background encompasses an MBA in Accounting from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Architecture & Economics from Northeastern University.
