William Sapp

William Sapp is a seasoned business development executive with extensive experience in the Defense Sector. Currently serving as Vice President for Business Development at By Light Professional IT Services since April 2021, Sapp leads efforts targeting DISA, other supporting agencies, and the Intelligence Community. Prior to this role, Sapp held key positions including Director of Business Development for DoD Government Sales at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included managing the full business development lifecycle across various military departments. Sapp also served as President of Ultra Electronics Criticom, driving the company's growth strategy in secure video communications. William's earlier roles include Vice President positions at AT&T Government Solutions and Avaya, as well as experience at Cisco and VTEL in federal sales.
