Maddy Howlett is the CEO of By Miles, a company providing pay-per-mile car insurance in the UK. Previously, Maddy worked in various roles at British Gas and Centrica, focusing on commercial portfolio management, customer experience, product development, and customer services. Maddy also led Local Heroes as the Head of Local Heroes, overseeing business activities and driving commercial and customer growth. Maddy holds a BSc in Engineering and Business from the University of Warwick and a Diploma in Management Studies from the Chartered Management Institute.
