Sasha Pilch has a diverse work experience in the fintech industry. Sasha is currently working as a Principal at Fin Capital, a full life-cycle investment firm specializing in B2B FinTech. Sasha'sresponsibilities include managing various portfolios of companies. Prior to this, Sasha served as a Co-Founder of NYC Fintech Women, where they focused on promoting and empowering women in fintech through community events and collaborations. Sasha also worked as a Sales Lead at Pinwheel, a VC-backed startup focused on building infrastructure for the future of finance. Additionally, Sasha was the 1st Sales Hire at Ramp, a company that helps startups save money through advanced savings features and cash-back rewards. Sasha also gained experience at Plaid and Quovo, where they focused on new business development and played a role in Plaid's acquisition of Quovo. Before transitioning to fintech, Sasha held marketing roles at Commonwealth Bank, Citi, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Westpac, where they developed and executed marketing strategies and campaigns. Sasha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the fintech industry through their diverse background in sales, marketing, and business development.

Sasha Pilch attended Meriden School from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Management and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
