Vice President Of Volunteer Development at By The Hand Club For Kids

Peter Hanson has a diverse work experience. Peter started working at Trinity Christian College in 2014 as an Adjunct Professor, teaching various history and academic skills classes. During their time at the college, they also developed mentor support plans for students on academic probation. In 2013, Hanson worked as a Regional Recruiter for The Evangelical Alliance Mission | TEAM, where they recruited for positions in international development, focusing on education, healthcare, and community development. Peter maintained a large portfolio of potential applicants and was responsible for recruitment needs in over fifty different countries. Currently, Hanson is working at By The Hand Club For Kids. Recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Volunteer Development, overseeing the recruitment and management of volunteers. Prior to this role, they worked as the Assistant Director and Senior Manager of Volunteer Development at the same organization.

Peter Hanson attended the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued further education at Wheaton College, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in History.
