Tim Miner

Tim Miner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tim currently serves as the President and CEO of By The People Technologies. Prior to this role, they worked at Tact.ai as the Senior Director of Professional Services, where they built and led a team of technical consultants, successfully completing 15 projects totaling over $20 million in product license sales. Tim also worked at Salesforce, where they held multiple roles, including Program Executive at the Innovation and Transformation Center, Probono Salesforce Consultant for Nonprofits, Director of Alliances Industry Strategy in the Financial Services sector, and Success Engagement Director. Tim played a key role in the introduction of Salesforce's Financial Services Cloud and managed major Salesforce implementation projects for Fortune 100 Financial Service clients. Before that, Tim worked at IBM as the PureSystems (PaaS) Sales Leader, at UST Global as the Global Relationship Manager, at Legacy Careers Incorporated as a Senior Engagement Manager, at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Senior Engagement Sales Leader, and at marchFIRST as the Managing Partner and Chief Strategist.

Tim Miner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Certificate of Mediation from TWZ Enterprises in November 2018. Tim also holds various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (May 2014), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (April 2014), and Salesforce Administrator (March 2014). Furthermore, Tim has a Data Modeling Badge from Salesforce Trailhead (February 2016) and a Certification of Completion in Agile Development from Udemy (December 2011). Additionally, they have obtained a certification in ChatGPT Prompt Engineering from By The People Technologies in March 2023.
