Flora Abgarian

Flora Abgarian serves as the Head of Customer Service and Monitoring Department at Fast Shift LLC since February 2023, where responsibilities include organizing and managing incoming and outgoing calls and optimizing employee work distribution. Additionally, Flora has been active as a Private Banker at Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC since March 2021, focusing on identifying client needs and providing advice. Previous roles include Quality Control Manager and Debt Collection Team Leader at LMS Loan Management Services, Debt Collection Specialist at Varks.am, and Customer Service Specialist at Viva-MTS, among others. Flora holds a Master’s degree in Math Modeling in the Finance Industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yerevan State University.
