Verónica Tomé has extensive experience in order management and customer service, currently serving as Gestor pedidos GGCC at By Demes Group since December 2017. Prior to this role, Verónica worked at OKI Europe Limited in Spain from March 2008 to October 2017, first as Gestor coste por página, where responsibilities included stock control and order management, and previously as Recepcionista y gestor telefónico SAT, handling calls and providing support to wholesalers, suppliers, and end customers. Earlier experience includes a position as Gestor telefónico at CAMPAÑAS TELEFONICAS, where Verónica managed incoming calls to the Technical Department of NINTENDO from January 2006 to March 2008.
