Craig W also served as the Director of Quality at Mooney International Corporation, where they managed quality operations and later transitioned to the role of Quality Manager.

Previously, Craig held positions such as Vice President of Quality at Overseas Aircraft Support, Quality Engineering Manager at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Boeing. Craig W also worked as a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance at Global Aeronautica.

Craig began their career at Eclipse Aviation, where they held various roles including Quality Manufacturing Engineer, Pre-Delivery Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Manager for the Production Flight Test Department, and FAA Liaison Officer.

Later, from 1998 to 2012, they attended the FAA Training Academy, focusing on Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, but did not obtain a specific degree. Additionally, they hold an FAA A&P License, although the details of when and where they obtained it are unknown.
