Virginia Dan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fashion and costume design industries. Currently serving as a Pattern Maker for Production at Byer California since October 2019, Virginia focuses on managing production styles for various markets while utilizing advanced software tools. As Co-Founder of Studio Share, Virginia oversees the co-working studio and maintenance of industrial sewing equipment. Freelance work since 2007 includes roles as a Pattern Maker and Costume Designer for independent film and theater projects. Previous positions include Technical Designer for ESP Group Ltd. and multiple roles at Byer California, where significant contributions were made in the development of tech packs, sample fittings, and the implementation of PLM systems. With a BFA from the University of Southern California and an AA in Fashion from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, Virginia possesses a strong educational foundation to complement practical expertise.
