Heather MacNaughton

Heather MacNaughton is ByHeart’s Sr. Director of Regulatory Audit Compliance and is responsible for all the quality system do’s and don’t’s! Prior to joining ByHeart, Heather had overseen many successful audits with regulatory agencies, retailers, and certifying bodies. In Her 36 years in Quality leadership roles at Wyeth, PBM Nutritionals, and Perrigo Nutritionals she led focused teams that were responsible for food safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Her experience in infant formula manufacturing is unparallel and instrumental to ByHeart’s Organization. Heather graduated from the Plattsburgh State University of NY with a BA in Biology with a Microbiology concentration and a Chemistry minor.
