Kartik Khare

Kartik Khare is currently serving as the Zonal Head for the MP Zone and Assistant Manager for Strategy & Operations at BYJU'S, where responsibilities include performance monitoring and relationship building with participants. Prior to this role, Kartik was with LIDO as the Lead for Assessment Development, managing and mentoring teams in Science and Math, establishing processes for assessment and curriculum development, and creating production plans to ensure timely delivery of quality work. Earlier positions include Senior Curriculum Designer, Senior Learning and Development Specialist, and Subject Matter Expert in Physics at BYJU'S. Kartik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Jagran Lakecity University and a High School Diploma in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya No.3 Bhopal.
