Nagarajan Vindia

Nagarajan Vindia is currently the SVP of HR at BYJU’S. Prior to this, they were the Global Chief People Officer at Mobileum from January 2019 to February 2020. From January 2014 to December 2018, they served as the CHRO & Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Corporate communication and CSR at AXA. Vindia was also the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Times Internet Group from November 2008 to January 2014. From May 2005 to November 2008, they were the Vice President & Global Head of HR at HP GBS. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager and Head of HR at Delhi circle for Vodafone India from July 2004 to May 2005.

Nagarajan Vindia has over 19 years of experience in human resources. Nagarajan began their career as AGM of HR at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited from January 2001 to July 2004. Nagarajan was a part of the start up team that helped scale up people operations to a significant extent (34 offices, leading to acquisition of close to 1 million customers) over a quick period of time. Their interesting experiences include managing diverse cultures of talent from different industries, integration of globally cutting edge people practices and systems, provided by the global platform of RSA insurance, into an evolving India entity as well as donning multiple HR roles, including a quality lead role for a short time. All efforts were directed at making the organization into a profitability oriented unit quicker than what most start up insurance organizations would aim for.

Nagarajan Vindia has an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
