Yogesh Sood

Yogesh Sood is the Chairman and Managing Director of BYLD Group and Blanchard India, with a tenure that began in July 2012. Yogesh also holds leadership positions at various companies, including Managing Director at Door Training and Consulting India and Chairman at VitalSmarts India, both of which started in early 2006. Previously, Yogesh served as Group Vice President, HR at Aditya Birla Group for a brief period in late 2005 and was President and CEO of India operations for Aspectum Finland Oy from 2004 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an OPM degree from Harvard Business School and multiple Post Graduate Diplomas in Digital Business Strategies and Design Thinking from Emeritus, in collaboration with prestigious institutions such as MIT and Columbia Business School.
