Angelique Gerlock

Angelique Gerlock has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Angelique currently serves as the Director of Talent Management and DE&I at Byline Bank since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Patrick Engineering from July 2019 to January 2022, holding the role of VP, Director of HR. Angelique also has extensive experience in talent development and HR management, having worked at First Midwest Bank from April 2013 to December 2018 in roles such as Talent Development/HR Manager, Leadership and Management Development Manager, Strategic Corporate Planner/Project Manager, Retail Training Supervisor, and Training Coordinator III. Angelique'searlier experience includes working as an Assistant Branch Manager at First Midwest Bank from February 1999 to November 2000 and as a Public Relations Coordinator at Park Lawn Charity from September 1994 to July 1996.

Angelique Gerlock completed their education at the University of St. Francis. Angelique obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from 1991 to 1994. Later, they pursued higher education and achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in HR Management from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, Angelique Gerlock has acquired several certifications, including Mental Health First Aid from Sertoma Centre, Inc. in 2023, Facilitator Booster: Amplify Insight at the Mid-Level from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2022, Certified Facilitator of DDI Learning Systems from DDI | Development Dimensions International, Certified DDI Card Sort Process Administrator from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and Certified Trainer from the Human Resource Development Institute – American Society of Training & Development, Chicagoland Chapter.
