Arlene Mejias, MBA, CAMS, CFCS, currently serves as the BSA Specialty Manager at Byline Bank since September 2014, overseeing a team of four and managing the completion of annual Risk Assessments, Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR), and departmental procedures. Previous roles include Senior BSA Analyst at Byline Bank, BSA Analyst at North Community Bank, and Fraud Prevention Coordinator at Archer Bank, where Arlene developed expertise in monitoring financial crime risk, investigating alerts, and ensuring compliance with BSA regulations.
