Cathy Giltner

Cathy Giltner has extensive experience in human resources, having served as a Human Resource Business Partner and Assistant Vice President at Byline Bank since January 1991. In this role, Cathy advises senior-level business leaders on strategic and tactical plans to achieve their business objectives while actively supporting various business units with sourcing and recruiting effective candidates. Prior to this position, Cathy worked at North Community Bank in a similar capacity from January 1991 to February 2015, where responsibilities included preparing materials to support initiatives with Business Unit Leaders. Cathy Giltner graduated from Amunden High School in 1976 with a high school diploma in General Studies.
