Tonya Parravano

Tonya Parravano is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and business law. Currently serving as Vice President and Legal Counsel for Commercial Lending at Byline Bank since November 2023, Tonya oversees in-house legal matters across various business units, focusing on areas such as regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and vendor contracts. Prior to this role, Tonya held the position of Assistant Vice President, providing legal counsel for commercial lending activities. Tonya also owned and operated Andrew's Garden, a full-service flower and gift shop, from October 2009 to November 2023. Additionally, Tonya has held partner roles at Haskin Law and Crowley Barrett & Karaba, where expertise was provided in business and banking law. Tonya began legal career as an associate at Jones & Jacobs and has a strong foundation in food economics from academic studies at Columbia University and Michigan State University, culminating in a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
