Laura Picasso Mansilla

Laura Picasso Mansilla is a seasoned project manager and team leader with extensive experience in functional analysis and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Functional Team Leader and Project Manager Agile at BYMA Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., Laura oversees over 20 functional analysts and manages more than 30 production systems. As the owner of It Systems Argentina, a consulting and software development firm, Laura also provides training services in technology. Previous roles include lead functional and Scrum master at Supervielle Bank, where Laura managed CRM Dynamics projects, and functional leader at ADC - Administradora de Conocimientos SA. Laura holds multiple degrees in systems engineering, insurance, and educational technology, along with coaching certifications.
