Hadar Ben-Tzur

Hadar Ben-Tzur has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2014 as an Art Director for the Skillz project, initiated by the Israeli Ministry of Education and IDF's Cyber Headquarters. In 2016, Ben-Tzur participated in Google's incubator for designers, 30 Weeks, as a Design Founder. During this time, they focused on the integration of digital gaming with physical experiences. Additionally, in 2016, they co-founded Toyswap, an online library for children's toys, offering parents an affordable range of toys for their children's development.

In 2017, Ben-Tzur joined Solidus Labs as the Lead Designer, playing a crucial role in developing ML-powered surveillance and monitoring tools tailored for digital assets. Their work included overseeing compliance concerns, reducing regulatory risks, and minimizing false positives.

From 2018 to 2018, Ben-Tzur worked as a Research Fellow at A+E Networks, leading a team of scriptwriters, musicians, and content creators in developing a full augmented reality mobile app. Their responsibilities involved historical research, content creation, and UI/UX design.

Most recently, Ben-Tzur joined Beyond in 2020 as a Senior Product Designer and then transitioned to the role of Experience Design Lead in October 2021. Their work at Beyond focuses on designing innovative experiences and products for clients.

Hadar Ben-Tzur has a diverse background in education. From 2017 to 2019, they attended New York University and earned a Master's degree in the field of study called ITP - Interactive Telecommunications Program. Prior to this, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2011 to 2015. Their focus during this time was on Design and Visual Communications, General. In 2014, Hadar participated in a Student Exchange Program at Burg Giebichenstein - Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle, further enriching their knowledge in Design and Visual Communications.

In addition to their formal education, Hadar Ben-Tzur obtained a certification in Human-Centered Service Design from IDEO U in May 2023.
