Gwen Burbidge

Gwen Burbidge is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bynder since August 2024. Previously, Gwen held the position of Fractional Interim Head of People & Culture at TestGorilla from October 2023 to July 2024, providing interim support to various clients including Naif Good Care and Fresenius Medical Care. From April 2019 to April 2023, Gwen was the CHRO and Head of HR at WeTransfer. Additionally, Gwen served as VP of People Services & Wisdom Director for DaVita International, contributing to the company's expansion across multiple countries. Prior experience includes freelance HR consultancy with HR on Demand and HR management roles at RELX Group, Excerpta Medica BV, and Organon. Gwen holds a Drs (MSc) in organizational management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed various educational programs including at Harvard Business School.
