Kelsey Tsinzo

Kelsey Tsinzo is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in account management and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Bynder since September 2017, Kelsey has progressed through various roles in customer success at the company. Prior experience includes positions at SapientRazorfish as an Account Manager and at Sapient Global Markets as a Senior Associate, Staffing Strategist, where responsibilities included managing supply and demand for staffing. Kelsey also held roles in project management and recruiting coordination at SapientNitro, along with earlier experience as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and as a Yacht Special Events Coordinator at The Westmoor Club. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
