Madeleine Rowe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Madeleine started their career at James Halliday Events as a Marketing and Promotions Officer and Onsite Event Manager. Madeleine then transitioned to Macquarie Bank as an Operations Administrator. After that, they worked as a Product Trainer for CareerOne.com.au, and later joined JobAdder.com as a Learning and Development Consultant. Madeleine then took a career break for travel before joining KashFlow as an Onboarding Consultant. Madeleine continued their career journey at Cision (formerly Vocus) as a Professional Services Consultant and then moved to Vuelio as an Implementation Consultant. Currently, they are working at Bynder, where they have held various roles including Customer Success Manager for UK & Ireland, Customer Success Lead, Team Manager for Customer Success EMEA, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Success, EMEA.

Madeleine Rowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Sociology (Media Studies) from UNSW, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Madeleine also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW Higher Education, completed from 2011 to 2012. In addition, Madeleine earned a Certificate III in Customer Contact from Academy Blue during 2010-2011. Madeleine completed their high school education with a Drama Major at Hunter School of the Performing Arts from 2000 to 2005. Madeleine has obtained additional certifications in Introduction to Coding from SheCodes in July 2021 and as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in June 2020.
