Rutger Jongepier has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. Rutger started working at Bynder in 2014, where they served as the Global Head of Customer Support and later became the Global Head of Customer Care. In these positions, they were responsible for maintaining customer support operations, launching premium support offerings, managing team and service levels, and initiating new SLAs. Rutger also played a crucial role during the company's acquisition by THL.
