Andreia Sousa

Andreia Sousa is a professional with diverse experience spanning customer support, sales, and project collaboration. Currently serving as a Desenhador | Projetista FTTH at Byon Solutions since February 2021, Andreia has previously held positions such as Assistant for Customer Support in the automotive sector at Rigor Consultadoria e Gestão SA and Ranstad, and personalized assistant for Vodafone Empresas at Vodafone. An early career included roles in sales promotion and cashier operations at BeChosen and El Corte Inglés, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems and Urban Planning from Faculdade de Letras da Universidade do Porto, alongside specialized training in numerical modeling of free surface flow from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
