Andrew Fassbender, M.Ed, is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in healthcare and customer service. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Byram Healthcare since January 2022, Andrew oversees the daily management of the HHA COE intake team and call center, focusing on achieving departmental goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes managing medical personnel at Charles River Medical Associates, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing operations at CareWell Urgent Care. Andrew's career began at Pitney Bowes as a customer service representative, where exceptional performance was demonstrated. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Human Resources Management from Post University.
